Congrats to Brent Chapman for his top 5 finish at the 2010 BassMaster Classic! Brent, the newest member of the Wright &McGill team, finished 5th overall after three tough days on the water in the heavily fished Beeswax Creek area.
Brent was fishing the Tessera S curve rods along with the Sabalos Baitcasting reels from Wright & McGill.

Dear Sirs: I have an Eagleclaw “Powerlight” No. MPLFX9-9ft. Steelhead/Salmon Rod #B6J Wright & McGill Co. Denver, CO. It was purchased in 1972. This year while Salmon fishing, I broke it landing a Salmon in central Idaho. Can it be repaired? If not, what rods do you offer that would be comparable? Price? Thank you for your assistance!
Respectfully, Larry Ritchie
Larry, you can send it back to our factory store warranty department. We offer 50% off a new rod. We still have “Powerlight” models. Feel free to call the warranty department at 720-941-8723.
Hello folks!
I have a Powerlight 10′ that I purchased in 1977. It’s in excellent condition because I only used it a few times and was stored away from sunlight. How would I estimate it’s value? I am planning to sell it. I am a dedicated fly fisherman and have no need for it.
Thanks for your advice in advance.

I would keep an eye on Ebay for prices. It kinda depends on how much someone is willing to pay.
