Sabalos Baitcast Reel

Looking for the perfect item to put under the tree for your favorite angler. Look no further!

One of the most anticipated new items from the Wright & McGill Co. is finally here and ready to take the market by storm. Three years ago we introduced the Sabalos Spinning Reel in four sizes and it has proven to be one of the best reels on the market at any price.

Today, we are announcing the introduction of the Sabalos Low Profile Bait Casting Reel, available in both right and left hand retrieve. This ultra light aluminum frame reel has a total of 10 double-shielded stainless bearings and precision cut brass gears. Behind the quick access side plate is a removable aluminum spool and a centrifugal anti-backlash braking system to make long casts easy and efficient.

A powerful Teflon drag system is infinitely controllable with an audible star drag. The Sabalos has a high-speed retrieve ratio of 6.2:1, a large soft touch double handle, and because the reel weighs only 7.76 ounces, you’ll be fishing longer and stronger than ever before.

Suggested retail price is just $99.99

While you have an impressive product line I find the fact that your list of Dealers is not impressive. Not having Dealerships in Tennessee, Alabama and Kentucky which are loaded with fishing enthusists is unexplainable as well as the fact that the major outdoor retailers such as Bass Pro Shops, Cabelas and Academy Sports carry a very limited line of your products with the exception of hooks. How does one go about buying your product lines such as the Skeet Reese Signature Series rods?

We add dealers all the time to the list and Skeet rods are in the market in quite a few places as of January 1st

just purchased the reel and was surprised to find no manual only a parts diagram. How does the button on the left side of the reel work? I push it, nothing happens?

  4. Chuck Bray says:

Purchased a SAB5000 reel. No manual included. The line does not spool evenly. It tapers starting from about 1/4″ from the top of the spool to spill-over at the bottom of spool .

What adjustments can be made to correct this situation?
